In 1987, my dad mailed the letter you see here. I was not even born yet. Spring Aire was a small family business built on hard work, honesty, and taking care of our neighbors the right way, not the fast way.
Back then, a pre-season A/C tune-up cost $37.50. Today, a professional A/C performance check costs $149.
To celebrate 40 years of serving this community, we decided to do something special. For a limited time, we are honoring our original 1987 pre-season tune-up price. Yes, really. Not because it is easy, but because loyalty matters. And so does legacy.

Your spring A/C performance check helps prevent unexpected summer breakdowns, improve cooling performance, lower energy costs, extend system lifespan, and catch small issues early.
During your visit, we will:
- Inspect electrical components
- Verify refrigerant levels
- Check thermostat operation
- Inspect coils and airflow
- Clear the condensate drain
- Conduct a safety inspection
